You've probably been SFC Snuffy.

His team wanted to rep the unit — and it was a unit worth repping. So he did what a good NCO does and took it on himself. Pulled everyone's sizes, got a bulk discount, dropped $10K of his own money on 500-some pieces, and figured he would trust folks to pay him back. They would too, but man there has to be a better way.

Then reality hit. He's tracking who owes him. Chasing Venmo. The mediums and larges are gone in a week, so half the team is picking through a pile of smalls and 3XLs. He's out of pocket and, insult to injury, he is sitting on leftover gear.

Folks in the Army are logistically minded. So I am sure you already see a better way to run this. I know I did.

Here's the way I built it, because I've been Snuffy — I've lived the pain of having fronted the cash, chased the payments, ate the leftovers:

• One dedicated page for current and future soldiers. Swag store and welcome packet, same place. Lasts longer than the one-time run.
• They pick and they pay. Card only — no cash, no Venmo, nothing for you to track.
• Ship to the door (great for Guard) or to the unit/APO. If we do a drop to your unit we will individually package the orders, so nothing disappears into a pile or from sticky fingers.
• You front nothing. You chase no one. You never get stuck with the wrong sizes.
• We may even be able to offer exchanges and returns — which you definitely won't get anywhere else.

And it can give back. Build whatever margin you want into the price on the initial push, and I'll cut a check to your FRG.
